Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent. Shipping fees for new orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and inspection.

Refunds
